Prime Hydroponic stands our for quality, freshness, relationships, and sustainability. We grow our
lettuces and microgreens to the highest standards, meaning crisp flavorful product that enhances the
dining experience. We grow locally, which allows us to deliver the freshest product and enhanced shelf-
life in the foodservice environment. We value our customer relationships and we partner to help our
customers be more successful, with flexibility including customized product assortments. And, we do all
of this within a sustainable farming operation, from plastic-free packaging to powering our operation

We offer two shelf-lives. Because we deliver living product with roots intact, customers can opt to keep
our produce in a living condition until the moment of serving. In addition, cut products offer superior
shelf life to out-of-state or even out-of-the-country options. Buying local means that our customers not
only know us as suppliers, but benefit from optimum freshness.

Sustainability makes a significant impact.
We strive to protect our planet’s resources and serve people with sustainably grown food. Our use 90% less water than traditional farming. We strictly avoid pesticides, controlling pests with natural, including predators such as ladybugs. We employ solar energy in our production facility to minimize power use from the grid. We package with plastic-free recyclable options to reduce waste.
